Spotting & Shuttling Service:
When warehouse space is limited and/or yard is a bottleneck. Spotting and shuttle services provide manufacturers the ability to optimize inventory, warehouse efficiency, and maximizes flow from docks to storage facilities which in turn leads to optimized production.

Drop Lot Service:
GDC Logistics drop lots serve as a great option for those truckload (TL) carriers who need a drop yard to utilize on a month-to-month or annual basis. Our drop lots offer secure trailer drop lot services. The drop lot locations are conveniently located close to major interstate highways and laid out for easy access. These driver efficient lots are secure, lighted, paved, and completely fenced. Drop lot customers enjoy economical rates on tractor and/or trailer storage with daily, weekly, monthly, and/or annual contract rates. Contact our team to learn more about this program.

We recognize the challenges our drop lot customers have; and provide ample, safe, and secure space coupled with the best solutions to meet those needs.
We have 4 drop lots on-site that can accommodate up to 400 trailers. GDC has 24x7 security which provides our customers access to the lots at their convenience. We also have an on-site Spotter which can aid with movement of the trailers as needed.
Drop & Hook service:
Reliable capacity and speed remain among the most significant factors shippers consider when evaluating logistics services. That means the industry is always looking for ways to help keep the flow of freight moving through supply chains.
One such way is known as “drop and hook.” In times of tight capacity and strong customer demand, drop and hook services can drive transportation efficiencies. Even in times of plentiful capacity, drop and hook services help make for quicker final-mile deliveries.
Our shuttle service combined with our drop lots, provides Drop & Hook opportunities. D&H services eliminate the waiting to get loaded and detention expenses, decreases delivery time, and reduces shipping cost. Our office staff is equipped to handle any documentation needed for your company and the driver to ensure each load reaches its destination as intended.

GDC Logistics is DOT compliant, provides 24x7 security personnel, secure and monitored facility, maintains daily logs of all activity, inspects all trailers coming in or leaving for damage, reports any issues to the carriers, daily yard audits, and is accessible 24x7.
